| Me and DrDave got out today to hunt a site we've been hunting a bit. I didn't get the motherload, but David made some good finds. Had a blast and the weather was great!I'm sure there are more relics to be found here.  Pic of my finds. And no the penny isn't period. | Any idea on the disk looking thing?
If you look at 9 o'clock on the rim, you can kinda make out a "M" stamped on there. | |

Two were found of different sizes and they look almost the same. The one with the 2 in the center could be for 2 ounces. They have no threading on the inside or outside of them. It should be around the 2 ounce weight. Just my best guess. | |
