So I found this buckle at DIV and sent it off for some major reconditioning. But I was wondering what this buckle is?

You know when you first showed me this buckle at DIV I thought it was a carbine sling buckle, but now I'm not so sure. When it was all tangled up I though it was more rectangular and was missing a hook. Very interesting. I would think this is more of a belt type buckle now. Very cool finds as always dough!

I didn't see you sun. at the hunt. How did that little hill I put you on do?

Hey Brian! I wish it was a carbine buckle but I just don't see it either. Somebody said it maybe a sash buckle.

Sunday morning I hit that area you told me that was marked off by some flags. Found nothing there. We move up the hill sticking close to the left side and I found a a 4 hole button. Worked our way around that woods on the left and got into a little hot area that was pounded but found a dropped three ringer and a few button backs and 1 Eagle GS button. Then it was BBQ time.

After that I went back to the area I ran into you and Ian on Saturday afternoon. Sunday afternoon was a bust. I think I was done at 4 and we headed south to Georgia.
