Hi Brandon,

I want to say that this is a piece of metal aluminum. You find a lot of this 'slag' around modern fire pits, camp sites, etc. It looks very similar to silver but is the weight is much less.

Guys, what do you think?

Yeah you have to be right when i was digging for it i was finding ash from a fire pit.
