Union Belt Plate. It has the arrow style hooks.

Rifle/Carbine Sling Buckles

The next picture is what is known as a "batwing". It is a Rifle/Carbine Sling Belt Tip. These are often found with or in close proximity to the Rifle/Carbine Sling Buckles.
