| Breakfast- - 1 Serving Cinnamon Oatmeal
2 Slices of toast 1 tablespoon of peanut butter - half tablespoon for each slice of toast.
Mid-morning Snack- Lunch- Sandwich - 3 slices of thinly sliced chicken lunch meat
1/8 cup shredded cheese Handful of raw spinach Mustard 2 Bread Rounds
Chips - 1 Serving of Terra Veggie Chips Sweet Onion Flavor
Mid-afternoon Snack- Dinner- Turkey Burgers - 4 oz. of Ground Turkey
1 tablespoon of A-1 Finely Diced onions 1/8 shredded cheese Lettuce Tomato
Baked Potato Wedges - 1 Potato cut into wedges
1/2 tablespoon olive oil salt and pepper
